Group Exercise
Outdoor Classes:
Kensington Bootcamp
Next Session begins Wednesday, January 20
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:15am - 7:15am
The last indoor class will be Wednesday, March 24, total of 8.5 weeks, 17 classes in the next session
cost: $238 for 17 classesIndoor Classes:
Monday 50/50
45 mins cycling followed by 45 mins of weight training, beginning Monday October 5, ending Monday November 9, 9:45am - 11:15am.
Wednesday Endurance Ride
90 minutes of indoor cycling beginning Wednesday October 7, ending Wednesday November 11, 9:45am - 11:15am.
All indoor classes will take place at Rock Creek Sports Club (you do not need to be a member to participate) 8325 Grubb Road, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
